Convex - concave, positive - negative, light - shadow – the typeface that has been especially developed for the signage of the “Höfe am Brühl” in Leipzig, Germany plays with human perception. Its design is based on the characteristic facade of the building. The shadows of its three-dimensional construction move around the glyphs and its shapes are twisted in themselves. However, desipte that playful change of perspective, the typeface is clearly legible from a distance as well as highly recognizable, and is therefore a visual landmark for the building.
